This foundation helps learners identify what truly matters to them and where they want to focus their growth efforts. The course then introduces goal-setting frameworks, teaching learners how to set clear, achievable, and meaningful goals, break them into actionable steps, and track progress over time. A core focus of the course is habit-building — understanding how habits form, why they're hard to change, and practical strategies for building positive routines while breaking unproductive ones. Learners explore time management techniques, prioritization skills, and methods for maintaining focus and discipline in a world full of distractions.
