  • Information of all the employees will be available at one place along with their designation and department information.
  • Information related to the leaves management can be accessed for each employee from the Employee Management module.
  • Attendance record of every employee can also be accessed from the Employee Management feature.
  • If the Company wants to add a new employee they can add from the option “Add new employee” and have to fill the fields that are required.

While adding a new employee the Admin has to enter all the important details of an employee which will help the company to store the information at one place that can be used at any period of time.

  • The “Basic and personal details of the employee” have to be added where all the personal information along with the department’s information and the designation he has been assigned for shall be added.”.
  • “Address details” of the employee has to be filled along with the information of any trustable contact person.
  • Details related to the identification documents can be uploaded here, which will help the companies to keep the details at one place for any future use.
  • The “Employment history” of the employee can also be added if they have worked previously.
  • “Educational qualification” can also be added here which will help the organizations to keep track of the documents uploaded of the employee related to his qualification.
  • “Training details” of the employee can be updated here, if any training has been provided to the employees at any point of time.
  • The detailed information of “Languages proficiency” can be added.
  • From the “Attendance” module, the Admin can enable or disable the ways of check-in done by the employee.
  • “Payroll details” will help in having the full information of the salary paid to the employee including all the details.
  • The “Onboarding Details” will consist of the details of all the dates starting from resume received to joining in the company.
